Medical Insurance Coverage
Eligibility
-
You are eligible for the health plan if you are regularly scheduled to work 32 or more hours per week.

You may enroll your spouse, children under the age of 19, and your children, ages 19 to 25, who are full time students.
Enrollment
-
Your coverage begins the first day of the month following 90 days of your initial hire date. This is your "coverage effective date".

Your health care enrollment forms must be received by the corporate office within sixty days of your hire date.

If you do not enroll within 15 days of your coverage effective date, you must wait until the next annual open enrollment period to apply for coverage, unless you have a qualifying change in family status.
Cost
-
You and the company share the cost of coverage. Cost is for the current year only and is subject to change.

Premium includes health insurance coverage only.

Your contribution will be deducted from each paycheck before taxes.

You can choose Employee, Employee + spouse, Employee + child, or Family coverage.

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING provides vacation time to all regular full-time employees to provide opportunities for rest and relaxation.

Vacation Time can be used in minimum increments of one (1) day.

Vacation must be scheduled in advance and approved by your supervisor.

Regular, full-time employees are eligible to qualify and to use vacation time as follows:

Accrues .42 days per pay period |

3 Weeks per year |
Accrues .63 days per pay period |
Holidays

Full-time eligible employees receive pay for the following holidays:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day

Paid time off for holidays is not counted as hours worked for purposes of determining overtime.
