Managers that pursue designations with CAI are granted the time to attend and are additionally compensated for tuition expenses. CAI awards qualified professionals with designations in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of community management, such as the Association Management Specialist® (AMS®) and Professional Community Association Manager® (PCAM®).
Our chief engineers and managers are encouraged to attend classes with (BOMI) Building Owners and Managers Institute International. BOMI is known for its industry-standard designations that are marks of expertise and distinction (the Real Property Administrator (RPA®), the Facilities Management Administrator (FMA®), the Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA®), and the Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT®).
The State of Florida requires licensed CAM managers to obtain continuing education credits to maintain their CAM license. At KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, we’ve earned a reputation for our smooth, efficient and comprehensive turnover of management to the Board of Directors. Prior to commencement, we have our transition team led by a New Client Implementation Manager who reviews a thorough checklist of all files, financials, and condominium documents and enters them into our customized system. One of our in-house CPAs goes over the financials to ensure complete accuracy and to flag any potential problems. Our Human Resources Generalist holds an orientation for all employees about time sheets, protocol, benefits and answer any questions or concerns.
